About Us
"Student Dormitories located on campus have a capacity of 474 students: 192 male and 282 female students.
Students enter the dormitories with student cards, and all doors are opened with a personal key.
There is a handicapped accessible room, and in rooms for four, three or two people in both girls’ and boys’ dormitories, and all rooms come with a bathroom, a bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, bookcase, refrigerator, phone, and internet.
The Dormitory provides pillows, bedsheets, bedspread, blanket, and duvet covers. Rooms are cleaned every other day, and bedding is changed once a week.
There is a central air conditioning system in the building. Geothermal energy is used for heating and hot water.
Personnel in charge and security personnel are on duty 24 hours a day.
Both dormitory buildings have a kitchen, study room, resting room, laundromat, and a prayer room.
Breakfast is provided with accommodation in Student Dormitories. Lunch and dinner are provided as table d’hôtel or a la carte at the restaurants (for a fee) located in the main building.
For health concerns during the day, you can report to the Health Office on campus within office hours, and on holidays and nighttime, you can go to outpatient clinics close to the University. Also, Dokuz Eylül University Hospital is in close proximity to the dormitory.
Carrefoursa, and Migros hypermarkets, as well as Agora, Palmiye, Ege Park and İstinye Park shopping centers are all in close proximity to our campus..
The dormitory registrations of students who wish to reside in our university's student dormitories are conducted annually on the dates determined by the Administrative Board of Dormitories. As for new students, their registrations are carried out on the University registration dates determined by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).
